1960 Artist Salam Omar Al-Ansari was born in the city of Anah in Anbar Province, Iraq.
1967 - 1977 He completed his primary and middle school studies in Ana.
1979 - 1983 He studied and graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad and obtained a diploma in Engraving Art.
1984 - 1990 He was appointed as a teacher at the Teacher Training Institute in Anbar.
1986 He held a solo exhibition at the Tahrir Hall in Baghdad.
1989 He founded the Department of Art Education at the Teachers Higher Institute in Anbar.
1990 - 1992 He was appointed as an art teacher in the College of Education at Anbar University.
1990 He established a free studio at Anbar University.
1992 He held a solo graphics exhibition at Abla Al-Azzawi Gallery, Baghdad.
1996 He held a solo exhibition at Hiwar Hall in Baghdad and founded Al-Mezan Art Gallery and Studio.
1997 He traveled to Doha, Qatar to teach graphics.
1998 He held a solo exhibition at Al-Badeed Hall at the National Museum of Qatar in Qatar.
1999 He held a solo exhibition at the Qatar Artists Association.
2000 He held a solo exhibition at the Hall of the Lebanese Artists Association for Painting and Sculpture in Beirut, Lebanon.
2001 He was appointed as the Director and Technical Supervisor of the UNESCO "Newspaper Book" project in Beirut.
2002 He held a solo exhibition at the Cultural Foundation Hall in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and a solo exhibition at the S.D Hall in Beirut.
2003 He returned to Iraq to live there for a while and held a solo exhibition at the French Cultural Center in Damascus, Syria.
2004 He held a solo exhibition at Akkad Hall in Baghdad and a solo exhibition at the Fine Arts Hall in Kuwait.
2005 He founded a graphic studio, called (Space and Art).
2006 He held a solo exhibition at the Hall of Space and Art in Baghdad.
2008 He held a solo exhibition at the Association Hall in Bahrain and a solo exhibition at Mustafa Ali Gallery in Damascus, Syria.
2009 He obtained a BA in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad and held a solo exhibition at Hiwar Hall in Baghdad.
2010 He traveled to Damascus and set up his own studio and held a solo exhibition at UNESCO Hall in Beirut.
2011 He traveled to Beirut to work and held a solo exhibition at the Gallerist Hall in Beirut.
2014 He held a solo exhibition at Ajyal Gallery in Beirut.
2017 He held a solo exhibition in Ideas Art Gallery in Beirut, in which nine artworks were exhibited, and moved to Usak, Turkey, to study at Usak University.
He works full time in art in Baghdad, Iraq.

1960 وُلد الفنان في مدينة عانة في محافظة الأنبار، العراق.
1967 - 1977 أكمل دراسته المدرسية للابتدائية والمتوسطة في عانة.
1979 – 1983 درس وتخرج من معهد الفنون الجميلة في بغداد وحاز على شهادة الدبلوم فن الحفر.
1984 – 1990 تم تعيينه مدرساً في معهد تدريب المعلمين في الأنبار.
1986 أقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة التحرير في بغداد.
1989 أسس قسم التربية الفنية في المعهد العالي للمعلمين في الأنبار.
1990 – 1992 تم تعيينه مدرساً للفن في كلية التربية في جامعة الأنبار.
1990 أسس استوديو مجاني في جامعة الأنبار.
1992 أقام معرضاً شخصياً للكرافيك في كَاليري عبلة العزاوي في بغداد.
1996 أقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة حوار في بغداد وأسس محترف وكَاليري الميزان للفنون.
1997 سافر إلى الدوحة، قطر لتدريس فن الكرافيك.
1998 أقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة البديد في متحف قطر الوطني.
1999 ـقام معرضاً شخصياً في جمعية الفنانين في قطر.
2000 أقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة جمعية الفنانين اللبنانيين للرسم والنحت في بيروت، لبنان.
2001 تم تعيينه مديراً ومشرفاً فنياً على مشروع اليونسكو "كتاب جريدة" في بيروت.
2002 أقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة المجمع الثقافي في أبو ظبي، الإمارات ومعرضاً شخصياً على قاعة S.D في بيروت.
2003 عاد إلى العراق للعيش فيها لفترة وأقام معرضاً شخصياً في المركز الثقافي الفرنسي في دمشق، سوريا.
2004 أقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة أكد في بغداد ومعرضاً شخصياً على قاعة فنون جميلة في الكويت.
2005 أسس محترفه للأعمال الكرافيكية وأسماه (فضاء وفن).
2006 أقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة فضاء وفن في بغداد.
2008 أقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة الجمعية في البحرين ومعرضاً شخصياً في كَاليري مصطفى علي في دمشق، سوريا.
2009 حاز على شهادة البكالوريوس في الرسم من أكاديمية الفنون الجميلة في جامعة بغداد وأقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة حوار في بغداد.
2010 سافر إلى دمشق وأسس محترف خاص به وأقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة اليونيسكو في بيروت.
2011 سافر إلى بيروت للعمل وأقام معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة كاليريست في بيروت.
2014 أقام معرضاً شخصياً في كَاليري أجيال في بيروت.
2017 أقام معرضاً شخصياً في أفكار آرت كَاليري في بيروت وعرض فيه تسعة أعمال فنية وانتقل على مدينة أوشاك، تركيا للدراسة في جامعة أوشاك.
يعمل متفرغاً للفن في بغداد، العراق.
عضو في جمعية الفنانين التشكيليين العراقيين.
عضو في نقابة الفنانين العراقيين.
عضو في المنظمة الدولية للفنون التشكيلية.
